website and services. By accessing our website or booking a service with Cleanwithnuelly,
you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Cleanwithnuelly is a professional cleaning service provider offering residential and/or
commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:
* Standard cleaning
* Deep cleaning
* Move-in/move-out cleaning
* Post-construction cleaning
* Specialty cleaning (e.g., carpets, windows, appliances)
2. Booking and Scheduling
* All cleaning appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or
email.
* We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
* A confirmation will be sent via email or text upon successful booking.
* Clients must provide accurate property access information. If our team cannot access the
premises, a cancellation/no-access fee may apply.
3. Services and Scope of Work
* The scope of work will be based on the type of cleaning service selected.
* Any additional or special requests must be communicated in advance and may incur extra
charges.
* Cleanwithnuelly reserves the right to refuse service if the property presents hazardous
conditions (e.g., mold, pest infestation, biohazards).
4. Pricing and Payment
* Prices are provided based on service type, property size, and scope of work.
* All prices are subject to change. Clients will be informed of any pricing updates before
service delivery.
* Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
* We accept only bank transfers except otherwise agreed
* Invoices must be settled within 1 day. Late payments may incur a late fee of 15 % per
week.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
* Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without
penalty.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation
fee of 30 %.
* Cleanwithnuelly reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to
unforeseen circumstances, including staff illness, extreme weather, or emergencies.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
* We aim to provide the highest quality cleaning services.
* If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will re-clean
the affected area at no extra cost.
* Refunds are issued only at our discretion and typically only if the issue cannot be resolved
with a re-clean.
7. Liability and Insurance
* Cleanwithnuelly is fully insured
* Our cleaners take the utmost care in your property. However, in the rare case of accidental
damage, it must be reported within 24 hours.
* We are not liable for:
* Pre-existing damage
* Fragile or irreplaceable items not disclosed prior to service
* Accidents due to unsafe conditions (e.g., loose tiles, faulty wiring)
8. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
* Securing or removing valuable, fragile, or sentimental items
* Providing a safe and accessible working environment
* Notifying us of pets or special conditions on the property
9. Privacy Policy
* We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our
Privacy Policy
* We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as necessary to deliver
our services or comply with legal requirements.
10. Staff Conduct and Non-Solicitation
* Our cleaners are trained professionals, background-checked, and covered by insurance.
* Clients may not solicit, hire, or offer employment to our staff directly for a period of 12
months after their last engagement with Cleanwithnuelly.
* Breach of this clause may result in a fee equal to 75% of the employee’s annual
compensation.
11. Force Majeure
Cleanwithnuelly shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond our
reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations,
strikes, pandemics, or power outages.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our
website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes
acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any
disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England
